First established in April 1993, Yongkang Friendship Tools Factory is a collective-owned enterprise directly subordinate to Yongkang Foreign Trade Office, and it was transformed into a private enterprise in 1998 with a new-built factory, only 1 kilometer west to Yongkang Railway Station.
