Tianjin Universal-Link Enterprise Ltd. was registered in Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone on July of 2004, with the authorization of Tianjin Commission of Foreign Economy and Trade. We are under China Tianjin International Economic and Technical Cooperative Corporation (CTIETCC, the predecessor is Tianjin Bureau of Economic Relations with Foreign Countries).
