CEIEC was founded on 1080, concrurently, subsidiaries in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin and Shenzhen were set up. From 1980 to 1985, more than 10 companies throughout China were set up successively, in addition to the above-mentioned directly administrated subsidiaries.
