Through many years' investigations and experiments, Fujian Provincial Johnson Mining CO. Ltd. Has invested to build up Hi-Tech Ceramic Industry District since December 2000. The first investment is USD 4,000,000, the acreage is 15,000m2. At present Johnson has built 14,000m2 workshops and 2,300m2 R&D center, there are 5 advanced Hi-Tech Ceramic product lines, and has many advanced equipments including Cold Isostatic Pressing Machines, Automatic High-temperature Mills, etc. The annual production value is coming up to RMB 80,000,000; the products are reaching international advanced standards. It is expected that export value will achieve USD 6,000,000. At present, Johnson Fineceramic is expediting the second phase of project investment. The layout of this project involves 67,000m2.
