Xingyida contains two factories, one for coated fabrics and the other for industrial base fabrics. We have imported German automated KKA knife coating line, up to 3.6M (141”) wide, the world leading PVC coating equipment. It gives us the great technical advantage for the high-precision water resistance PVC coating. We also brought in the air-conditioned high performance weaving facilities, such as brand Swiss Sulzer projectile loom, German Donier rapier loom weaving machines, German Karl-Mayer beam-warping machine, which assure the fabrics of strong tensile strength, tear strength, durability, and good abrasion resistance.
