The plant was officially put into operation in 1984, using mainly glucose factory in Shanghai to pay engineers and technical Teachers to develop New Products, comprehensive utilization. The plant was in 1986 in Haining County, Jiaxing City as advanced enterprises, and in 1987 was rated as advanced enterprises in Haining City, Zhejiang Province of key enterprises and special credit enterprises, in 1993 in Jiaxing City 100 township enterprises.
