Guangxi Wanfeng Kalay Smelt Co., Ltd. (WFKALY) was registered in 1972 and commenced mining in South China in 1978. WFKALAY's business focuses on mining and nonferrous metal smelt.For the 12 months period to 31 December 2003, sales of Lead ingot, Zinc ingot, antimony ingot from Sourh China generated operating revenue for WFKALAY of around US$8.23 million.In China WFKALAY employs over 220 people, of whom 102 are mining residents. WFKALAY's major operating costs comprise labour, electricity, maintenance and rehabilitation of mined areas. WFKALAY also indirectly employs many local businesses and contractors, which provide services to the mine.The Mining area has also grown since WFKALAY began operations.
