Shanghai Xinfan Container Fittings Co., Ltd was established in 2003. Previously Wenzhou Lucheng Donghai Container Fittings Plant was established in 1984, which has been specialized in security seals manufacture for more than 20 years. To make ourselves more effective to our great clients, the entire factory moved to Shanghai in 2003. We are locating in Shanghai Jinshan Industrial Zone, with over USD2.5 million investments. There are 40,000 square meter's manufacturing center and more than 100 units' equipment.
