The Japanese market has some of the highest quality requirements, especially regarding materials exclusively used for ladies' wear and children's clothes. Meanwhile, we also accept all the strict quality index tests from the European, American and Japanese markets in order to guarantee the materials meet the requirements of environmental protection, health and comfort. The processing programs are: purchase grey fabric (or other fabric) and check it, embroider on machine, dye lot (according to customer's spec), and then tidy up after dye lot (including scutching, making bale, or overlapping).
