Ningbo Hengsheng Hat Business Co., Ltd. is in Zhouxiang Town, Cixi City, Zhejiang Province of China, close to the beautiful harbor at Hangzhou. Zhouxiang Town is one of the United Nation's development towns. Our factory is situated on the East Sea estuary opposite to the world famous city of Shanghai. The world's largest bridge is under construction across the estuary between Shanghai and Cixi City. Once the bridge is completed the travel time between Cixi and Shanghai will be less than 1 hour. The manufacturing plant for Ningbo Hengsheng Hat Business Co., Ltd. was built in 2003.
