Jiangsu Provincial Foreign Trade Corporation(JFT), whose major shares are held by Jiangsu Overseas Group Corporation(JOC), is an organization approved by the State Ministry of Foreign Economy and Trade of China to specialize in Import& Export business. Established in 1984, JFT took the lead among all foreign trade companies in Jiangsu province in transforming into Limited Company in 1993. Since its foundation, JFT has been serving as the major channel of import and export trading in Jiangsu Province, and has been appointed by the State Ministry and Provincial Committee of Foreign Economy and Trade to import provincial first-grade commodities.
