The sandwich panels that we manufactured for refrigerated & insulated truck were made in "Wet-in-Wet" method which was introduced from Germany. High pressure and vacuum workmanship are also adapted in the production. Special-designed press machine can meet various requirements of refrigerated & insulated bodies. The dimension of panel can be chosen at the follow range: Length 0-14, 750mm; Width 0-3, 200mm; Thickness 27-135mm. The insulated panels are formed by applying polyurethane to adhere the joint area of the airtight sandwich panels, which ensures the reliability of the joint area and optimum insulation. Airtight panels with Freon-free polyurethane foam sticked by adhesive is quite different from traditional sandwich panels, which was made of metals. The main characteristics are
